Ashen Mirage level 8 token not granted

As the title says, when reaching AM level 8, I didn't get the two tokens it's supposed to get. One to switch places with a clone, another for fancy VFX only. Resetting the perk, relogging etc doesn't make them appear either.

These are player tools from the crafting menu, not tokens.
