Great Chasm - the earth seam

Quests it had has been moved to Underweald. With Underweald gone it might be a good idea to reenable this seam, as a more mobile, easier to implement option.
Maybe even with some added options of quests like ghost goblin and spiders. Or even orog fortress. Or just in it's vanilla state.
