The wiki says that SF: Divination gives a further 25% reduction in xp/gp cost.

The in game  description says Spell School Specialization: Divination gives this bonus. This feels like what the server is using.

Which is it intended to be? Can it be changed to SF or GSF so that Astrologians can benefit from it?

I think I moved it to also be SF: Div for next reset. We'll see how it goes and if it needs a change later.
