He came from Frostport with a single mission. PvP subdue every single Ephian and raid them.

Somehow me and Ivar did infact win many outnumbered fights, or survive the truly outnumbered ones, which is really impressive and lucky.

He'd hole up in the Hanged Heron backroom making deals and most of all complete banter nonsense.

Somehow defeat Asherias Myl and Kasu Ortiz with Ivar as ally.

Somehow get his entire record cleaned and became Janissary.

And made a bunch of friends, frenemies and enemies along the way.

He was a wild ride and I won't lie I'm gonna miss this character a whole lot. Def my #2 most fun ever.
Especially his sense of humor was a massive self insert and tbh that's been really fun lol.

I'm gonna miss the PvP action for sure.

I hope you all liked him as I did...

What a legend! Always had an incredible time running into Knud with all the antics and sometimes serious conversations. I was lucky enough to see him in almost every single era of his career. Many times I wondered what could have been if so many different little events turned out differently.

I will definitely miss his jokes and pranks the most.

Vlaid

It's hard to describe how much I loved Knud, he had such a solid portrayal of a Frostport viking Raider. I wish I could have been in his timezone more. Everytime I talked with him his characterization and style was just off the charts and found so many cool ways to express what he was, balls of steel.

Loved how his story had such an organic changing arc to it. A real badass PC in all the ways that matter.

unvoiced

Great job... it was entertaining to watch his arc unfold. I loved seeing what he'd say on the bellows next.

putrid_plum

I don't normally comment on these but this PC was very cool and interesting.  Outside the mold of typical SoI PCs and I liked it a lot.

Unjo

Very cool PC to watch going from simple outlaw to a champion in the Fourth.

Poolson

To give you an idea of how much Knud & Ivar were bright stars in Ephia's Well: We don't play in the same TZ, but the two remained consistent presences, the collateral damage of your shenanigans was constantly on display and the riffing between them and Najelin was a good and authentic touch.

Nailed it, king.

VanillaPudding

Big Knud. GJ pal. Enjoyable to watch the transition from raider to Ephian man. Anyone who beats up Special is good in my book.

Keter

keter went from being afraid of meeting knud out in the wild to being afraid of losing knud out in the wild

rip to a real one

Corvinus

From the first day of arriving in Ephia's Well and venturing out into the sands to be robbed by Knud and Co. to partaking in raids with him and later becoming kin.

Knud was integral in fleshing out my character and every interaction I had with him was an enjoyable one - I'm gonna miss him a lot.

Bon

Thank you for teaching me how to PvP without the consequences of death!

Knud will be missed and him drunkenly calling Kasu the Pilgrim will forever live in his heart.

That we turned from enemies to friends is truly what Kasu wanted ever since his first kidnapping.

Fun lore for you, I got a will written out the night of our arena fight because I didn't trust him not to kill Kasu (and I know you thought about it! ;) ). When he came to Kasu the night before Hufaidh he fully knew, fully felt, that Knud was a friend. Regret. Pain. Woe. He could not be saved.

The Great Raider Knud Skargrimmson shall be survived by those he bullied and then befriended. Raider's Landing lives on.
The family always eats together!

ghosty

Fantastic character, Ivar too.

Demonstrated that by being balls-to-the-walls robust in PvP, you can engage in widespread antagonism without a single FD.

ICly, on my current PC, absolutely despised this guy even after he joined the Legion until they started to see eye-to-eye on certain things. Very cool progression through character RP.

Pandip

Timezones are the worst, because Knud was a great character that I was always happy to interact with but almost never got the chance to.

I enjoyed our IC chats from afar and the few moments we got to pass each other on the weekends.

Really great trajectory on the PC, from start to finish. And you were awesome about keeping it fresh in spite of the inevitable hiccups and road bumps and strange shifts in the road.
