Letter to the Fourth Legion

Soldiers and Officers of the Fourth,

I'd like you to begin internally discussing anything you feel is needing addressed or has been lost to the wayside for one reason or another.

With a new Legate comes the promise of change. Some you will like, some you will certainly not. But we have a job to do together. I'll be looking for suggestions for Magistrates, I'm not appointing anyone I don't feel will do the position justice. Along that vein I'll be looking to hear details of ongoing investigations that may need brought forth over the next month or so.
