Haunted Houses

The new Maiden of Woe is amazing and I think it would be nice if the Dirge of the Tormented Bard Song was bringing ghosts again.

Also, I think that some Houses of Lower Sanctuary (and maybe a lost deep gnome house somewhere in the dark) could be haunted by Mournful Spirits... randomly hostile or friendly, maybe using the same system of the Sorcerer Perk.

The green glowing rats of the Prelude come spot in other parts as well. Green glowing animals as effect of the strange happenings of the past month would be interesting also.
