More common bounties

Both the Watch and the Society have bounty boards that players can tackle for money. However, neither seem to spawn much of anything without 20+ hours of server uptime. With the server being more reguarly reset of late, would it be possible to increase, even slightly, the chance of bounties to appear earlier?
