Zook: Noun...or adjective...or verb. Hard to say. Use it in a sentence?

Noun: "That zook over there in the mummer's garbs and his pal in the purple glittery slippers are some real pieces of work. Quality snuff though."

Adjective. "Those women were acting like some real zooks last cycle. I couldn't get a night's sleep with all the explosions and cackling coming from their damn alley. Plus those bitches turned Anabel's pet cat glow in the dark."

Verb: "I went to see the magic show and they zooked Bill good. They dumped a bucket of paint on his head and made him disappear. It was hilarious until the billowing smoke made me want to vomit everywhere and that lady's dress caught on fire."

Mystryl is a great deity full of whimsy and chaos and everything that Lower Sanctuary loves. It's my hope to try and cultivate a lower gang of blatant chaotic leanings that is half-cult of Mystryl and half troublemakers to stir up things in the lower alleyways.

Lower has a rich history of claiming turf so I've gone ahead and claimed the Southeastern Outskirts near the Maimed Minotaur as the "Red Light District". My intention is to put on all manner of events, shows, and more while having a heavily chaotic undercurrent of a potentially criminal organization as most gangs are.

The intention is to cultivate a religious movement full of preaching, ritual, our own dogma, sermons, and more to our own unique take on Mystryl and to get involved in all manner of mischief covering all the bases from drugs to gambling and beyond as a proper faction rife with chaos should.

A few concepts if any are interested:

An unstable sorcerer delving into all manner of chaotic experimentation. Perhaps even an Alchemist with no skill points in Alchemy simply seeking to create the most catastrophic and amusing detonations in the Red Light District.

A duo of Gyspy bard performers with a penchant for arson seeking to light a fire under a few asses, literally and figuratively, to survive these dark times.

A wizard with an insatiable lust for Fey magics seeking to bring their chaotic workings to full storm against the Dread Empire.

A Smuggler rogue looking to get rich, sell drugs, and have a good time in these dark days as he watches his fellows torture and torment the unsuspecting.

A Goblin Clown bard who is a failed tumbler and an off-key singer, making a mockery of fine taste at every turn.

A Kobold trap-maker rogue who revels in watching unsuspecting lowersmen stumble into his next creation.

A pickpocket who performs as a street-magician using his sleight of hand skills to dazzle a crowd - or distract them while his fellows fleece them.

A substance addled gnome who believes he is a toadstool.

A Thugish bully who revels in beating men down if they do not abide his territorial wishes and dyes their equipment armors hot pink to shame them.

A Fallen Paladin of Mystra who now beats people as a thug to fund his drug-addictions.

The possibilities are numerous, just a few ideas to stir the pot.
