Trade Hall merchant doesn't have rapiers or scimitars

He seems to have every other weapon. I'm not sure if this is an oversight or intentional, but the optional hak weapons are also here, as well as every kind of exotic weapon.

EDIT: Non-throwing hand axes also appear to be absent.
