Alley way shortcuts

These shortcuts are all over, to go over them you can do two things. Either jump over the wall, or climb over it. Both of these checks are tumble checks however. I can understand the jump being a tumble check as tumble is the closest NWN skill that's athletic, but I think the climbing one should be based off of our climbing skill..yeah?
