Unable to use player tools as a greyling?

I've been getting the "unable to find an equipped skin, player tools disabled" message every time I log in, ever since greylings became an application race. Obviously, player tools have been disabled for me as a result.

Maybe fixed next reset. Let me know. Also if you experienced any unexpected subrace adjustments in the past few days let me know.

I'm getting the same thing with my greyling.
I'm getting the horse mount option on the toolset radial menu instead of the class icon. So am unable to set them to the speedbar.
