Amplify extension

Can Amplify be modified so that the duration of it increases with casting level? It lasts next to no time as it is currently.

Amplify is really, really, really good as it is already. If any change were to be done to it it'd have to be something like half the power for double the duration or a skill split like camouflage. Still though it is very potent and does work with extend spell.
