Delivery: Sektara's Request bug

When trying to give the scrolls to Sektara, I got a message stating that I was not part of the quest and would receive no XP. This happened every time I tried to hand it in - the quest did not close.

I also got this bug after a successful Persuade check:

Hey Hey. That's Nuke's fault.

I was inducting a faction PC and someone said they couldn't talk to Kingsman after I unpossessed him. He suggested I clone him and limbo the original.

Should be old kingsman next reset, weird bug.
