Greetings Old Friend.
I write to understand how sponsorship on the Stele works. There are 'groups' now who I would barely call a group at all. More like a small gathering oflovers friends. Self proclaimed scouts and small operation force yet are rarely if ever seen in the field by those who spend a great deal of time all over the Great Ring and beyond. Personally I just don't understand perhaps. Is it a political move?
I propose a new amendment or perhaps a law that will outline the actual requirements for an organization to become sponsored on the Stele.
1. Have and maintain at least 5 members, excluding a commanding officer.
2. Have a clear stated charter declaring your duties to Ephias Well.
3. Actively maintain your sworn duties under any conditions or adversity.
4. Have an active headquarters of operations.
I will continue to work on this but I plan to bring this matter up at the next Assembly.
