Nobody Picks Up Things Anymore

90% of the time I do not get a message stating that so and so has acquired items. This includes when they pick up things from the ground and when I give them something. I -think- I see most of the time when someone else gives another person something but it could be possible that I am missing something there as well.

It depends on range. And the range is terribly short.
Like... whisper range short.

On a side note, this was shared information through parties, I believe. Thus allowing a much greater range before. I may be wrong, however.

For the range, it is even when I am right next to the person (and I mean like the item they pick up from the ground, I could pick up without having to move).

It could be coincidence, but I always notice it after a server reset, but not later on.

I do try to ICly check who in my parties pick up stuff, and i never, or very rarely see people 'pick up a small item' or something.
