Maximum level is seven.

Longest Night maximum level is 8.

I call BS on this, you cannot do Nightriser barracks without longest night.

You're saying the second part is max 8 while the first part is max 7?

I believe it's like that so if someone levels during the quest they can do the second part.

Probably just an oversight as the first part used to be max level 7.

Max 7 IMHO. Add a third part that is Max 9 and features nothing but Sub-Wardens.

Quest is too easy and rewarding as it is. Seems they were just switched on accident.
