Kelam's shop is bugged at the moment and only allows you to buy each item once every reset.

I believe he's also supposed to act as a banker, at least for favored Sons and higher, but currently does not. While this is being fixed, if it's possible to add a community or public account on him as well that might be awesome for us.

I can attest to this, favoured sons were meant to get pay but i never did, or at least i couldnt acess it.

And yes his shop is bugged.
