Guild Hall Renewal doesn't work

So I am finding that there's a bug attached to buying more day's on your guildhall in the guild registration office.

It will not let me buy additional day's on said guildhall nor will it let me buy keys. It gives me the options as if both guildhalls have been rented by someone else. Even when one of them is myself.
