Equipping Infiltrator's lethers in wilderness negate Trackless step bonus

Instead of granting armor Hide/MS bonuses + wilderness Trackless step bonuses, equipping the armor gives only armor bonuses.

Test case:

Equipping armor in Wardens: Hide/MS 21/20
Exiting to the gates area: Hide/MS 25/24
Unequipping and equipping the armor: Hide/MS 21/20, should be 25/24

I think it requires you to zone-trans for feats to take effect.

Well, I don't think you can split an area up for the reasons of the trackless step feat.
