As the beds are still there, the doors still lock, and the only change being the lack of a recruiter.. It seems odd that the Aberdeen require (unobtainable) permission to rest within. I've asked Talir, he seemed to suggest we should be able to rest within.

Figured this could be fixed, if possible.
