Maiden of Woe perk not working

Hi, the Draw Spirits perk for my Maiden of Woe PC has stopped working since the last reset. It constantly displays the cooldown message, even after hours of waiting. I tried relogging, restarting and 'clearing' the tool and re selecting it to no avail.

Character: Isabelle (Level 5 Sorcerer, Maiden of Woe Perk)

P.S. I also seem to be having issues summoning my familiar. I click summon, nothing happens and then it gets stuck.

Did you try the tool to toggle it.

The tool to toggle it is what I'm talking about. 'Draw Spirits'. At first I could toggle it on and off just fine, but now I can't toggle it /on/ at all.

Did you log or lose connection immediately after toggling? It could cause problems.

Wait for next reset.

After the reset it worked fine again, but it's suddenly stopped working again. I've been toggling it off when I enter a settlement, and then on again when I'm out in the wilderness, but now I can't toggle it back on.

I get the message 'You cannot draw upon the spirits again so soon.', regardless of how long I wait.

Any idea how to fix it without waiting for another reset?

Do you keep logging out / leaving right after you toggle it one way or another?

Avoid toggling it immediately before transitioning. Wait ten seconds before moving to another area.

I did nothing mentioned above and the perk started not working at all after logging back to game.

What message do you receive when you toggle and what did you do to make it not work?

The same as above... the message is 'You cannot draw upon the spirits again so soon.'

Regarding what I did, I am not sure. I logged back to game and gone to do my stuff when I noticed that they were not coming. I used the toggle, I used the reset of background, I changed areas... and logged in and out some times, it still did not work.

I got a reset and the same message happens when I try to toggle it.

Edit: I was mistaken. It wasn't a true reset

After toggling whichever way do not go into another area or log out for six seconds. I will likely do some manner of refresh since you guys have found ways even in that little timeframe to mess up the timer.

Err.... I'm not sure I logged that soonish after toggling the perk. Maybe it was the fact that I logged in the character creation area?

Resetting the perk should now fix cooldown problems.
