Sis Liman Comital Garrison

The Garrison in Sis Liman is bugged, it seems. After buying it (500 gold) and an extra key (100 gold) I was neither able to enter into its upstairs rooms nor change the sign's name. Core refunded me the gold and took the keys for now. I'd greatly appreciate this being fixed soon as I've some big plans for the place! :)

Just to recap from the test earlier:
The key now works, but only from the outside. It cannot relock the door from the inside, nor does the transition going from inside the garrison (behind the locked door) to back out into the public area work. When I tried changing the sign name, it told me both that I could not change the name as I did not own it, and that it had been successfully changed, though it was not changed.

This is still broken. Working with WCSherry in game I was unable to get a key that worked or pay rent. (The conversation isn't working)
