Druid Resting

Playing my druid Oroo Qulan, while in possession of bedroll and beetle stew, I found myself unable to rest in places I could otherwise build a fire - and had previously rested using a campfire + wilderness survival on another PC.

The Abandoned Mines and Crossroads specifically come to mind as areas where this is the case.
