Can't take feats in hak weapons

Seems like you can't take feats in hak weapons anymore. I haven't tested other weapons but I assume it is all of them as I can't take any in mine.

Also I tried after level 1, know you couldn't at level 1 before. I have played a previous PC who had taken feats which effect a hak weapon before so I know it worked before.

There's no bug (Credit to Paha for figuring it out). Your files may be outdated for some reason, or you're missing the TLK. Please use the Launcher and it should update it for you. You can make a test character to see if it worked or not.

The Launcher is currently stable, so there is no reason not to get your files from there, and it's also preferred, as it downloads exactly what the server currently uses.

I use the launcher everytime I login to EFU, but I will try to make a test PC.

Well it worked with a test PC, confused why that fixed it when I always use the launcher anyway.

Odd. Perhaps the plugin didn't load properly on that specific reset, but I have no way of telling.
