Pathing issues - Barbican / Above lower stairs

As the title says;

The Barbican has had horrid pathing for a very long time with numerous things you can "stick" on if you don't click to move. The in-between has a similar issue just near the lower stairway if you take the path towards the barbican (right at the corner of the "railing" / wall.

It would be really cool if someone was able to clear up the terrain there, especially in the Barbican.

Numerous attempts have been made. Sadly nothing thus far has fixed the issue....including Etorix tearing down the giant wall =(

Couldn't the area just be replaced with a "clean" new one?
