EFUSS Farming not giving bonuses

I'm a level 6 druid with 8 points of EFUSS farming, and I'm only getting a +2 to my farming checks.

As a druid you automatically get the ability to tell how much of a plant is left I believe.

Farming is helpful for other classes where it only tells you whether it will live or die on your next harvest attempt.

It's also used for at least one quest, but outside of those quests it's used, you already have a benefit that should exceed whatever you could put into farming anyway.


How much of a farming bonus in points are you expecting to acquire out of this skill?

I'm trying to harvest Zurkhwood and the like, and only getting a +2 bonus for that, when I believe I should be getting +10

Harvesting Zurkhwood is wilderness survival in fact, iirc.
Perhaps oddly so.

Zurkhwood actually has two types, the plant version you can plant (but I wiped out that plant after it was replanted during an area move, that passage to Mycopolis a long time ago) and the one you can chop down, lol.

Might need to find an RSD to shit out a seed for you if you want the 'Farming' variant.
