If you dominate fish or other underwater creatures with animal empathy, they'll follow you out of water and turn into flying fish.

A related bug is that if anything that was added to your party underwater follows you out of the water area, the oxygen bubble sound effect of underwater environments follows you too and won't stop. Resolving the previous issue won't completely resolve this one because there is at least one creature (a certain white, awe-inspiring beast) that in all likelihood is intended to survive outside of water, too.
