A thicket of Old Tree's - Pauper Ponds

When using this place-able  you get an extra chat option as a druid and the first time you use it it says something along the lines of "the branches of the trees pull down and some twigs and vines twist themselves into the form of a ring" but you receive no item from the action. If you try to click the druid chat option again it just says "nothing happens." I do not know specifically if this is a bug but it seems like I should be getting something from this action as it appears that my character is being marked for having used it once already.
