Rogue Shadow Perk, Vanishing Smoke

Upon logging in after a reset when I took the perk I received two Unstable Vanishing Smoke throwables per the perk description. When I logged in after another reset I received another set of Vanishing Smoke, then immediately lost them. I'm wondering if the perk system is checking the inventory for dissipating items after the character receives them from the perk? Either way, I've lost any perk-acquired Vanishing Smoke throwables when I should have 2 at all times, per the perk's description.

This is the same as for Apothecary.
Whats happening is they both stack and then the trigger to remove the old ones pops, removing the old + the new ones stacked in.
A kind of workarround is to throw them away before a reset.

This should be fixed. Needed to create a timed delay between perk application and when dissipating items were destroyed.

Other similar perks such as Apothecary should also be good now.
