PC constantly fully dispelled + Glowy Eyes removed

It MIGHT be related to something intended ICly as per the recent eclipse. However, even if it is so, I don't think it's working as intended. Also, as a strange side effect, the Glowyeyes seem to fade constantly, making me have to type /c glowyeyes all the time. I have experienced being fully dispelled several times, some I couldn't relate to any action, but others, instantly as I:
- Drank potions of protection from alignment that are not protection from evil. (Neutrality, Chaos)
- Cast Protection from evil from a ring that has this ability 1/day
- Switched equipped items that would give Spellcraft bonuses.

The name of the PC is Voshoon Blackmist, and the GSID is royalbastard.

As I played more, many more things are triggering the fully dispelling of my PC. Drinking potions of protection form evil and divine shielding, as we were questing, after the mage buffed my PC with several spells, when he cast protection from evil all his buffs were dispelled. Also, switching weapons, dispelled me again. I've been running through many supplies to keep magicked, and it's been rather frustrating. Also when I toggle glowyeyes (that disappears every-time I get dispelled), another dispel. IF this cruel thing is some feature, some ICly curse or something, I would expect at least a yellow message or a hint so I understand what is going on. But as I doubt it is, I would like to see this bug sorted so I can come back playing normally. Thanks!

After a reset, I have tested, and it persists.
