Prestige Disparity Sunpurse vs Glitt

There are two low level quests that reward Prestige points:

"Fetch: Purchasing a Portrait" which involves persuading (20) or purchasing a 200 gold portrait back from the Royal Treasure Chest.

and

"Delivery: The Lunch of a Great Knight" which involves walking into Glitt Hall and talking to a Knight

Suffice to say, the second one is allot easier to complete. Yet the rewards seemed skewed. The portrait fetching quest only rewards 10 prestige, whereas the Glitt delivery quest rewards 20 prestige. Considering you could be spending 200 gold for that, it seems low.
