Random HP loss

Character is Blannis Pike. I experience, often when idle or shortly after resting, a random loss of 3 to 7 hp, that does not come up in the feed (no damage). My character simply goes from uninjured to barely injured without any notification.

Do you have any con bonus from a perk or item?

Sometimes, depending on current level. However, I've been experiencing this for a while, with or without said bonus.ß
