Truthseeker Bow has missing asset

So, there's currently a part of the Truthseeker Bow that I don't think is apart of the module anymore, because around the string of the bow, there's only a massive, glaring bag now.

This item is on my current character Aileen Ladenshorf and drops from one of the dynamic spawn quests regarding a remainder of the Arbiters of the Hundred Scrolls.
