Lightened throwing axes, House of Trade

The Red merchant in the House of Trade sells standard throwing axes for one gp per stack of fifty as well as lightened throwing axes 60% their weight also for one gp per stack of fifty. I'm not quite sure this is intentional as it seems to me the lighter axes ought to cost more.
