The Elves of Kula appear different than those in Frostport. They are born from spider's mouth in Spring's Gift. From pools of blood that feed the earth.

That is why she requests to continue the spilling. To spawn new spider Elves.

I understand, and say, why not.

Though her tithe was meagre, at least she granted us respect, and looked the other way when it came to me beating up Elves. So many, actually. I beat up so many damned Elves. Maybe more Elves than Humans.
