Conversation error on cat hide buyer at Goblin

The guy who buys cat hides at the Hanging Goblin says, somewhere in his convo, that he pays 25 gp per hide if you go get them.
 
Of course, if you come and bring them he says 'sure, 20gp per hide' and you get that amount.
 
Now I'm not sure wether this is deliberate, but if it is, there should at least be some kind of persuade option to get him to pay that 25.
 
Otherwise, just fix it. ;)
