Not able to add days

I cannot add days to my guildhouse rent. It gives me options Rent now and quit. When I click Rent now, it only shows me the days currently left on guildhouses and who has rented them but still won't let me add days.

I had the same problem with Kingsman's room.

Yes... You're not supposed to rent both.
