Halfling Domain Power

When I used the halfling domain's racial power, I received a message along the lines of "Used DM Tool 4". From what I could tell, my character's stats (Dexterity, AB, etc) weren't raised as they should have been.

Did you get all the new overrides?

Yeah. In the domain override folder there was an override file and a feat file. Got them both. >.< I'll tinker more and see what I can accomplish.

When you say "used the domain power," do you mean you used an item, or did you use a feat?

Prikket Ashencrofte uses item's special power.
DM Tool 04 activated.

The way I used it this time was by right-clicking on myself, choosing special powers, choosing cleric powers and then clicking on Halfling. Using the same method, I used War with no problem. :3

So no, I didn't use an item, I used the feat... but I have the same result when I use the item in my inventory. I'll try downloading the override again I suppose, but I'm very, very confident that I have the most recent update from when Snoteye pointed me there for the character creation issue.

The problem is that there are two simultaneous systems at the moment, and one of them (the item) should not allow you to activate the DM tool.
