Goblin Subrace bugs

Upon creation, after I was told to relog my stats were adjusted but nothing like the webpage says.  Instead I was given +2 str and -2 dex.  The only correct adjustment was the -2 cha.

Also, I am getting a skill bug message that says my skill is over 50 and it's saying skill #6 cannot be adjusted, contact a DM.

The stats can be manually adjusted by a DM IG, but the skill thing I have no clue.  I suspect it might be my +2 move silent or -2 listen, any ideas?
