Non-stackable potions

I've noticed that you can get the exact same healing potions on several low-level quests, but they won't stack.  Very annoying.

It might help the DM's to specify which potions conflict.  (For example, "got some minor healing from Rat Quest that don't stack with minor healing from Marching Dead...")

This is also happening with my potions. Its incredibly annoying, though definitely low priority. I think they might have different item tags, but am not sure.

Probably different items or tags, with the exact same appearance and properties. Note that player-made and quest-found potions won't stack, either.

Sorry.  I should've been more specific.

I have Cure Light Wounds (lvl 2) from Rat's Nest and Bat Tower that don't seem to stack.  They may be from Marching Dead as well, I can't exactly remember.  I also got some Cure Moderate Wounds from Rat's Nest that didn't stack with the same from either Marching Dead or Bat Tower (I'm not entirely sure which, but i know they all come from these three quests).

Just got two Cure Light Wounds (lvl 2) in the trog quest that won't stack.

Neither the Minor Healing, Protection from Evil, nor the Lesser Restorations stack between the sand spider quest and the scavenging quest.
