Potion not showing in inventory

I think it may have been a 'lag issue', but I'm not sure.

I was brewing potions and all was going well.  But, one potion did not show in my inventory.  The log shows the bottles, gold and XP gone, the casting as a success, and that I got the potions.  But, I searched and there were none in my inventory.  Now I thought maybe it was a stacking problem, but the only I had were those that I was already in possession of before brewing.

I'm hoping this is not a common bug and it was just an odd occurence.

Guess it was a one time fluke.  Has not happened sense.
