Netherese Observatory Quest bug

I went through a door/transition and found myself on a balcony over looking the docks..at night, with a Nightriser Warlock below me. Though the door I came through remained open, I could not go back in, it seemes that the transistion was one way, on purpose? The real bug came next, I warped onto a roof map somewhere, with no way down, sitll in the docks area. Reloging proved to have no effect. My pc (Jebidiah Payne)  is still there as of the writing of this.
