Potions with Eagle's Splendor descriptions

I see a lot of potions, usually EFU/A specific ones like Rage, Caprice, and Polarization, that have the description of an Eagle's Splendor potion.

It can be quite confusing for the ones that have Unique Powers instead of proper spell names.
