Can't rest in Lair due to enemies

At a place called the Scamander Lair, where there happens to be a spawnpoint, it is sometimes impossible to rest, due to enemies nearby somewhere else on the map. I don't think wherever the hostile creatures are spawning is actually near this place on the real EfU map, as it is a closed area, and within the overall map: Underdark - Lairs.
