Marvin Pond calls me "Prefect" when talking to him instead of Councilor.

• Can't let people into the backroom for gambling/meetings because you can only get back there via conversation with Marvin, used to have to be a Black guild member but that is no longer possible.
• The office with a slate you can rename in the back office, there is absolutely nothing in the "office". Maybe spruce it up a bit more with something? Not even a bed or an activated baub dispenser or really any reason to be back there or justify it as an office.
• Black Guild NPCs in the backroom gambling area
• The booze closet in the same backroom appears to not actually spawn any booze
