Ngphelion Sphere Did Not Persist Through Reset

Title says it all.

Placement was the Cabin stronghold in Pauper's Ponds.  Static lair did not upgrade nor change in any way.

If a DM could get back to me with another one to test next reset perhaps outside of the lair, or just refund the groat for the catalyst and sphere that would be great. Wasn't a cheap pickup.
