Personal Character Notes Buggy

Not sure if just on my end or something got toggled on my account but every time I try to "Create a new ticker" through personal character notes it doesn't seem to actually create the ticket. it'll post and "Take me to post" but if I go through and click another link on the forums, then go into PCN all my other PCNs show up but the newest one is blank.

Ran through a "Test" one as well and that seems to have vanished. Didn't want to spam the forum so I won't try anything else but it just seemed wonky wasn't sure if I had messed something up with the labeling or what.
