New Ticker Bugs

Wasn't sure if there was reports being made or what as i'm certain there's plenty of work still going on and a huge laundry list of shit to do but a few quick things encountered? Figured one bug thread would keep from spam.

- Ticker Docks the NPCs spawn for shopping (Gnome Chef and Leashed Kobold this reset) but both say sorry no store available.
- The map tag to the Docks when you're in ticker square still says "Cheese Alley" (Not that big an issue but for a newer player could be weird etc).
