Air Domain Turn: Flurry

Hi, I've been running an Air domain cleric for a few days, and I've noticed that the "Flurry" effect's DC is out of whack. About flurry, the wiki says:

Nearby enemies in a huge radius roll a fortitude save VS DC 10 + 2*CHA or are knocked over for 1d4 rounds.

However, when used by a CHA 12 cleric, the DC is 8 when it should be 12, right? Just thought I'd let you know. I'll add some screenshots if possible, and collaborate if a DM wants to test it in-game.
