Bartertown Spawn Point

Remember once I asked Mira or another DM about the spawn point in Bartertown and the answer was that it should have been a spawn point out there. However, after examining the all four clickables there, that is, a named scrapper, an unnamed scrapper, the sign Bartertown and the Bartertown oven itself, there is no spawn-point related options in any of their dialogues. The name of the PC is Kepli Underbough.
